How do I make a booking?
You can book a car service or airport transfer up to three months in advance on the Addison Lee website or via the app. You’ll have the option to choose which type and size of car you’d like to travel in, but all vehicles have 4G WiFi and in-car phone chargers as standard.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking on the Addison Lee website or app, or by following the link on your booking confirmation email. If your driver has been allocated to you for less than five minutes when you cancel the booking, there will be no cancellation fee but if your driver has been allocated to you for over five minutes then a charge will apply.
