Does AO.com offer next-day delivery?
You can select the next-day delivery option when placing your order and this applies seven days a week for most postcodes, although there are some exceptions. The cost varies per item and will be calculated at checkout. Plus, on the morning of delivery, you’ll be given a four-hour timeslot, so you won’t need to wait around all day. You can also change the delivery date or timeslot for free, by logging into your account.
Can I get AO.com free delivery?
AO.com offers free standard delivery to most areas within the UK, but there are some exemptions, such as remote areas like the Scottish Highlands, Channel islands, Isle of Man, and Republic of Ireland.

AO.com has a finance option which provides a range of payment types including flexible payments, instalment plans, and buy now, pay later. Choose the plan you’d like to use at checkout by selecting AO Finance, where you’ll be directed through an application process. It’s worth knowing that you can pay off your balance at any point, without incurring any annoying early repayment charges.
Can I get AO.com cashback?
Yes! Getting AO.com cashback involves filling in a claim form - one option will be on the manufacturer’s website if they are offering the cashback, the other will be on AO.com’s website if the cashback offer is their own. For manufacturer’s cashback, the instructions will be there at the checkout before you buy. For AO.com’s cashback offers, they will send you a form by email within 5 days of delivery. Your cash will be with you within 21 days of receiving your claim form.
