  What is nextunlimited?

  This is Next's delivery subscription and it costs £22.50 a year. You get unlimited standard delivery with no minimum spend and furniture orders are also included. The subscription also extends to free returns.

  There are exceptions and terms so read these carefully before committing.

  How do I get free delivery from Next?

  The only options for free delivery are to collect from store. You can collect within 1 hour subject to stock.

  Free next day delivery is available to store and you’ll need to order by midnight.

  Otherwise, next day delivery to home will be £3.99.

  If you want to choose a timeslot on your preferred delivery day, then select Precise Next Day delivery which is £5.99.

• Returns

  What’s the deal with returns at Next?

  There are tonnes of ways to return to Next, the easiest of which is probably to pop your item back to one of the 500+ stores. It’s free and you don’t even need to bring a returns note. Otherwise you can arrange a collection from Hermes by signing into your Next account for £2, or you can return to your local Hermes ParcelShop. You can also return via RoyalMail for £2.   Can I cancel an order before delivery?

  Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders’ where you’ll see a list of your items. Simply click on the ‘Cancel' link next to the item(s) you no longer want. However, this may not be possible if the order has already been processed, but you can return the item(s) for a full refund.
