How do I change or cancel a Hotels.com booking?
You'll need to contact Hotels.com if you need to make changes or cancel your package or flight booking. If flights need rebooking, they will have to be with the same airline.
If you made your booking in the last 25 hours you might be able to change or cancel it without incurring any charges. Otherwise there might be fees charged to you for making amendments to your booking or cancelling it last minute.
