Orders can be cancelled before 10pm on the same day as they are placed online. Log in to your PLT account, and cancel the order from there. If it's after this time, the web chat team will be happy to assist you in cancelling the order!

Yes, there are free returns and they can be done via Collect Plus, Royal Mail, Hermes, Doddle, toyou ASDA or myHermes Parcel Shop. Don't forget to get proof of postage.
How long have I got to return something at PLT?
PrettyLittleThing offers the standard 28 days for you to return items you’re not happy with for a full refund - just remember to keep hold of the original packaging.
