Does Etsy offer free delivery?
Yes, but it’s a formula of processing time, carrier transit time, plus one day. Basically, the date your delivery is expected to be with you depends on whether or not you qualify for free delivery. There are free delivery filters that you can shop through when choosing!
- Returns
How do I return something to Etsy?
This depends on the seller you brought from. You will need to consult the individual shop’s returns policy to see if you will be able to return, exchange or refund your order. To ask for a return and returns label, contact the seller directly.
- Discounts
Why can’t I see where to apply the Etsy discount code?
If there isn’t an ‘Apply shop coupon code’ link appearing in your basket then either the seller doesn’t accept Etsy discount codes, or there isn’t a live promotion right now.
What’s the difference between an Etsy Coupon and a shop coupon?
Shop coupons are set up by sellers to offer shop-specific promotions. The shop owner might send their discount codes to you directly as part of marketing their shop. Etsy Coupons come from Etsy as a whole and are sent to specific buyers. They can also apply to items from more than one shop.
Remember that your coupon code applies only to the shop that offers that coupon. Shops are run by individual sellers, who manage their own promotions. Etsy Coupons can be used along with a shop coupon or a shop sale for a double whammy discount.Is there an Etsy student discount?

1. Subscribe to emails:
In our experience, one of the best ways to get more from your favourite brands is by signing up for email updates, and Etsy is no exception. Subscribe to the newsletter to get exclusive offers, unique gift ideas and personalised shopping tips sent to your inbox.
2. Etsy sales:
We’ve checked our data and there’s usually some sort of Etsy sale running for more than 90% of the year! How fab is that? You could save up to 60% off participating Etsy stores, with big reductions over the Black Friday period too. Type ‘sale’ in the search bar to see what’s on offer.
3. Download the Etsy app:
Our next tip is to download the free Etsy app. Why? Well, you’ll gain exclusive early access to sales and get updates when your favourites are reduced. Enjoy a more streamlined shopping experience, track your order as it makes its way to you and chat directly with sellers if you need to.
4. Etsy offers:

1. Types of Etsy discount codes available:

2. How often and when they’re released:
Our content team manually searches the internet and uploads any valid deals or codes here, so the number of live promos we have can change all the time.
