  If you need help to build your bed you can choose the assembly service at checkout. The delivery assistants will then assemble your bed and take away all the packaging.

  Will I have to pay for Dreams delivery?

  Nope! Dreams offer free delivery on everything with no minimum spend needed. You can pay £24 if you want to specify delivery for Saturday or morning or afternoon but with a 2 hour times slot provided as part of the standard service, you could save yourself the extra cost and get a delivery time that suits you.

  Dreams offers a ‘Comfort Exchange’ which means that you can exchange your new mattress if you decide that it’s not as comfortable as you expected. Provided that your mattress is in good condition and isn’t stained, marked or soiled, you can request a comfort exchange after 30 nights of use. When you choose an alternative mattress you’ll need to pay the difference if you choose a more expensive option and you’ll also be charged a £49 collection and redelivery charge.

  Yes! Sleep easy knowing that everything is covered for at least 12 months and if you sign up for the Bed Cover Service Plan for an extra fee, beds are covered against faults in materials and constructions, scuffs, spills and stains for up to 8 years.
