You also easily amend your booking to change the date and time of your booking if your plans change. If you cancel, you can get a full refund with no questions asks. The refund will be deposited to the original bank account used to pay for the booking, with no vouchers or credit notes.

What are the height restrictions on vehicles?
There are height restrictions for vehicles in the East Midlands Airport Car Park. There are height restrictions of 2.0 metres (6 ft. 6 inches) applies to all Meet & Greet car parks and all multi-storey car parks across all the Airport sites. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
Are there any time restrictions on when I can stay at the car park?
There is no minimum stay duration for the bookings at the Short Stay car parks. However, some car parks have the minimum stay criteria, such as the Meet and Greet parks with a minimum of 2 days, Mid Stay for 2 days and Long Stay from 4 days.
