Is there an Expedia rewards scheme?
Yes, Expedia Rewards is a scheme offering you points as you spend and promotional prices too. It’s free to join, and there are three membership statuses. These start at blue, moving up to silver and gold. You’ll get points when you book certain accommodation, flights, and transport, and the more you earn, the higher your membership status becomes.
When can I use my Expedia Rewards points?
Great, you’ve got some rewards points to cash in! Points you’ve earned on Expedia Rewards take 30 to 90 days from the day you return from your trip to change from pending to available. Once they’ve changed status, you can use them towards your next trip. You can also combine Rewards points with an Expedia voucher code to save EVEN more!

Can I use Expedia discount codes on any hotel?
Not every hotel is eligible for savings using coupon codes. Wherever there are exclusions, these are listed in the terms and conditions which will contain a link to the list excluded hotels.
Is there an Expedia student discount code?

What are the payment options?
The hotels themselves decide which payment options they accept, but the key differences are whether you pay everything upfront online before you arrive (Pay now online), pay for everything at the hotel either when you check in or check out in the local currency (Book now, pay later), or pay some before you go and pay a remaining balance at the hotel in the local currency (Book now, reserve with deposit). Just remember that with options where you pay at the hotel you may need to also allow for taxes and the choice of accepted credit cards may be more limited.
What is Expedia VIP Access?
It’s as good as it sounds. For Silver and Gold members of Expedia Rewards, you get benefits like free breakfast, spa credits and for Gold members - room upgrades.

That’s not all! You’ll earn OneKeyCash every time you book which can then be spent on eligible hotels, holiday rentals, car hire, activities and flights. Progress through the One Key tiers to enjoy free room upgrades where available and even more perks.
2. Download the Expedia app:
Another savings tip is to download and book via the free Expedia app. You could save on selected hotels with app-only deals and manage your bookings with ease.
3. Last-minute deals:
Planning a last-minute trip? You could snag a great deal with up to 20% off (and sometimes more!) on Expedia’s last-minute deals. You’ll usually find these late deals advertised on the Expedia homepage, and you could save more when you book with one of our Expedia discount codes.
4. Price Drop Protection for Gold and Platinum members:
Check out Expedia's Price Drop Protection scheme which automatically refunds the difference between the price you paid for a flight and a lower price after you book. This refund comes in the form of one-key cash (their loyalty reward scheme). It is important to note that the cost of the protection varies and is dependant on the flight price, as well as how early you book.
How we negotiate exclusive Expedia voucher codes
1. Types of Expedia discount codes available:
Our Expedia page has, on average, 20+ live offers available. These range from our exclusive codes (discount codes that our Sr Strategic & Commercial Operations Director, Christina Clausen-Bruun, has negotiated directly) to everyday deals on flights, hotels and more.
Because we work closely with Expedia, we’re often able to negotiate exclusive codes that are only available for our users. We recently had an exclusives live which gave 9% off Hotel Bookings.
2. How often and when they’re released:
While our Partnerships team secure exclusives, our Content team manually searches the internet for any valid sales, deals, codes, or newsletter sign-ups and adds them here, so the number of live promotions can change often.
3. Things to watch out for:
Expedia codes often have T&Cs attached. For example, our recent “9% off Hotel Bookings” exclusive code excluded selected hotels.
Other T&Cs to look out for might be one code per order or a minimum spend. Terms vary between each promotion so it’s always best to check the fine print of the individual code you want to use.
4. VoucherCodes is an Expedia exclusive voucher partner:
