How can I get free delivery at Footasylum?
You sure can! And it’s completely free. When placing your order, choose "delivery to store" as your delivery method and select the store which you prefer from the drop-down menu. Your items will be delivered to your store of choice within three days and they’ll hang on to it for 14 days. When you collect, you can try your items on in the Footasylum changing rooms. If you don’t want to keep anything, a member of staff can organise a return or exchange for you before you leave the store (serious hassle reduction).
How much is UK delivery at Footasylum?
There are a few different UK delivery options at Footasylum. Standard Delivery is £3.95 or free for orders over £49. Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 working days, and tracking is available too.If you’re looking for a speedier option, Next Day Delivery costs £4.99. To ensure it gets there the next day, you’ll need to place your order by 11pm between Monday and Thursday or 11pm on Sunday. If you order after 11pm on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, the package will be sent out on Sunday.
For weekend shopping, there’s Sunday Delivery which costs £6.99. Remember to order by 7pm on a Saturday for the order to arrive the following day.

What’s Footasylum’s returns policy?
Footasylum guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Don’t forget, all items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. You can get free returns when you return with Hermes, InPost, Collect+ and Asda toyou, or if you return to a Footaslyum store.
