How do I place a Click and Collect order?
To place a Click and Collect order, simply choose Click and Collect as your delivery option at checkout. You will then need to select your pickup store from the list shown, and follow the prompts to finalise and pay for your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number. Visit AusPost to track your order once it has been shipped. If you have an account with Forever New, you will also be able to view the tracking number(s) and the status of your order online when you visit the My Orders page. If you don’t have a tracking number and you checked out as a guest you can send an enquiry to our Customer Service Team, or, speak with someone from Live Chat team on www.forevernew.com.au
How do I deal with returning an item?
The folks at Forever New want you to love what you order. If you have changed your mind on a purchase they will exchange your item, provide a gift card or refund your original method of payment (full price items only) provided that: You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery You produce your original Forever New invoice (receipt) when you return the item The item is in original saleable condition: with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached, in an unworn, unopened and unused state and a returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
