If I want to return my product can I get a refund on my shipping?
Glossybox is more than happy to refund postage for any returned items when the return has been pre-authorized. They will not refund postage costs for unwanted items, that falls on you. They will also not refund postage fees for damaged or faulty goods that have been inspected and found to have no fault.
What are the shipping costs for my Glossybox products?
If you have a subscription to Glossybox monthly plan, there is no shipping charge. On orders of over £20 shipping is free however, on orders under £20 shipping is £3.25.
