  I purchased a Groupon voucher code but have since found a better offer on their site, can I just exchange my deal for the better offer?

  Groupon is unable to exchange one offer for another. You would need your current offer refunded and then could purchase whatever deal you like.

  If your deal is a local deal and eligible for cancellation you can log into the app or website to view your deals and request a refund. Select your order and if eligible, you can click “Request a refund”. There is a 14-day cooling-off period during which Groupon can refund unused vouchers to Groupon Credits unless the Fine Print states otherwise. Groupon Goods deals can be cancelled by the customer support team before they ship; after they ship, most items are eligible for free returns. You can visit their the refund policy page on their website for more information. If the 'Request a Refund' option is not available and your order is eligible for a refund, contact the customer support team and they will do all they can to assist you.

  How do I return something at Groupon?

  If you need to return a goods item and you entered your delivery address on the retailer's website, you'll need to get in touch with them directly. If you entered your delivery address on Groupon's website, then you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return it unless it's an excluded item from the Returns Policy.
