How can I get in contact with Homescapes?
The Homescapes customer care team are available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm at 0121 368 0051. They are also available online at support@homescapesonline and will respond as soon as possible.
- Returns
I want to make a return, how can I make this happen?
Homescapes requires customers to send in a written request to support@homescapesonline telling theme you wish to make a return. As long as the order is returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel, Homescapes will authorise the return so that it will be accepted by the warehouse upon arrival.
- Delivery
I ordered quite a few items off Homescapes, will they arrive at the same time or do I have to keep watch all week?
Homescapes does all they can do package your order as a single parcel. However, there is a chance that is you have ordered several items or if your order contains a large bulky item, you may receive multiple packages. Each parcel will be given a unique tracking number, and while parcels dispatched together generally arrive at the same time, Homescapes still advises on giving your orders 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
