If you are wanting to cancel your order it is best to contact John Smedley as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched you can either refuse the delivery from the courier or you can follow the returns procedure for an exchange or refund.
I saw an item I wanted more than the one I purchased, can I amend my order to include it?
