What are the delivery charges?
The good news is that when you order over £250 you’ll receive free delivery from LK Bennett. Standard delivery on orders under £250 costs £4.95, and will take between 3 to 5 working days. You also have the option of choosing next day delivery, which will cost you £6.95. In order to take advantage of next day delivery you need to order before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or anytime over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday, delivered by Tuesday.

Do LK Bennett offer a discount to NHS workers?
Yes, they do. There’s a 15% discount for all Blue Light Card holders. The way it works is that you head to the Blue Light Card website and log in with your email address and password. You’ll then find a unique discount code for LK Bennett. All you have to do is key in the code when you check out, and the 15% discount will be applied.

Can I pay with Klarna?
Indeed you can. By using the Klarna payment option you can spread the cost over three equal instalments. As long as you pass any soft credit checks you make the first payment when you order, and the next after 30 days. Your final payment will be taken after 60 days. If you want to settle the balance earlier you can do so through the Klarna app.
