- Delivery
What are my delivery options?
Standard delivery is free to mainland UK postal addresses and you should receive your package in three to six business days after your place your order, with goods being dispatched on/arriving on Mondays to Friday. If you need it quicker you can order by 12pm midday and pay £5.50 for Express Delivery and your purchase should arrive within two business days (Monday to Friday delivery). Allow an extra day or two for delivery to remote areas. There may also be a longer wait during sales and peak seasons. Orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature, you will also be able to track your order.
- Returns
How does the returns process work?
You can return items purchased on the Merrell website free of charge, as long as you do so within 30 days of the invoice date, and they’re in their original, unworn condition. Head to the Returns page on the website and click on the Start your Return link. Fill in all the details requested and you’ll get the documents you need to include with your return, like the Return Authorisation form. Affix the free UPS shipping label and three, folded copies of the invoice (clearly marked Invoice) to the outside of the box. Drop it off at a UPS location or arrange collection, and remember to keep your receipt.

What are the payment choices?
You can pay with your Visa or MasterCard, via your PayPal account, or via Klarna. With Klarna you can get instant approval after entering a few details, and then you have the choice to pay in 30 days, or in three interest-free instalments.
