I am not happy with my order – what do I do?
Millie’s Cookies want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so please do get in touch with the customer service team if you are unhappy with any aspect of your order. As our products are freshly baked, Millie’s Cookies ask you to contact them within 24 hours of your delivery or collection via the contact form located on their website.
How much notice do I need to give when I place my order for click-and-collect?
As all of Millie’s Cookies are freshly baked and hand-iced to order, orders for the cookie boxes and giant cookies must be placed at least 2 hours in advance. Millie’s Cookies have a limited number of click and collect order slots so they recommend ordering in advance to avoid disappointment.

Will I get my cookies the next day?
Unfortunately, the courier company used by Millie’s Cookies cannot guarantee 100% next day delivery but as a business, they deliver 99.97% of all their next day delivery parcels. All deliveries are tracked and the courier will always leave a card on a failed delivery with renewed delivery options.
