What You Need to Know
- Delivery
What are the delivery charges at Museum Selection?
Standard delivery costs £4.99 from Museum Selection, using the Royal Mail or DPD services. If you decide to choose this option your order should be with you within five to seven days. Want your goods sooner than that? Museum Selection also offer a convenient Next Day delivery service, which costs £9.99. If you order before 2pm between Monday and Thursday your item(s) will be delivered the next day. Order before 2pm on a Friday your goods will be with you on the Monday. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be with you on the following Tuesday. Next Day delivery is not available for any items that carry a surcharge (such as furniture) or on personalised products.
- Returns
What is the returns policy?
Museum Selection give you plenty of time to return an order if it doesn’t live up to your expectations (details of times can be found on the No Quibble Returns page). You’ll need to send your goods back unused and in the original packaging and, unless it is faulty, the cost of postage has to be paid by the customer. If an item is faulty you’ll need to contact the Museum Selection Customer Service team and they will arrange for the return to be completed. Whether you’re going for a refund or exchange, it will take up to 14 days.

Can I personalise my gift?
At Museum Selection there is a stunning selection of gifts for you to choose from, and when you browse through them you will find that yes, a handful of them can be personalised. Look out for the Add Personalisation button when you click into an item and that will give you the instructions about how to add your personal touch.
