  A large majority of the gifts on offer at My 1st Years come with the option of adding your personal touch. It might be a personalised xylophone or a soft toy; personalised options include being able to choose the font type and colour of your characters. Most of the personalised gifts are customised with beautiful embroidery, whereas some of the harder surfaces can be engraved with your message. Speaking of messages, you can include your very own with the included gift card.

  What are the payment options at My 1st Years?

  In addition to checking out with your Visa, Amex or MasterCard, you also have the option of using a PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay account. If you’d rather spread the cost you have two options via Klarna: Pay in 30 days, and Pay in 3 instalments. With the first option you can effectively try before you buy, settling the balance 30 days after you order. Alternatively you can pay in 3 separate instalments: one when you check out, and two more at 30-day intervals. There is no interest or fees and it won’t affect your credit score.

  What will I pay for delivery?

  Standard delivery costs £4.95 and will be with you within four working days if you order by 4pm. Order by 2pm and you can upgrade to Next Working Day delivery, subject to availability, for £7.95. Finally, if you want your gift(s) delivered on a Saturday you need to order by 3pm on Friday at a cost of £10.50.
