- Orders and Cancellations
I have some pants already, can I cancel my order?
Until your order is shipped, you can cancel an Oddballs order. This gives you about 24 hours to send them an email or use their contact form on the website to cancel. They’ll send you confirmation when it’s done. If the order has already shipped, it’ll need to be returned and refunded.
I’ve become emotionally attached to my new pants and they haven’t even arrived yet. Can I track my order?
As well as your purchase confirmation email, you should receive an email from the courier delivering your precious cargo. This will contain a link to a page where you can track the order. Check your junk folder if you can’t see it.
- Sizing
I often have problems finding clothes in the right size, how can I know my new pants will fit?
