What You Need to Know
- Fragile Items
I’ve ordered a whole collection and some items are fragile and heavy. If they’re delivered separately, will I have to pay delivery for both?
Nope. Even if delivery requires several trips to deliver fragile and heavy items, or to wait for items to be restocked, you’ll only pay one delivery fee.
I’ve ordered some fragile items, how will I know which box they’re in and when will they arrive?
OKA marks fragile packages with a lightning bolt symbol so that the courier knows the score. This service costs the same as standard delivery, but items are packed with more care. Deliveries of fragile packages to UK mainland addresses usually takes up to 15 working days. If you’d prefer to transport an item yourself, there’s free Click & Collect at OKA stores too.

Can you take away old furniture?
They can. This needs to be arranged prior to delivery with the customer service team. It costs £50 per furniture item removed.
