What You Need to Know
- Delivery
What are Ecco’s delivery and returns policies?
Ecco offer free standard U.K. delivery on all orders with no minimum spend. Your order will be shipped with Parcel Force and should arrive within 4-5 working days. If you want to return an item, you can contact customer services and let them know you are sending your product back. In every order, there will be a pre-paid postage label for you to return your items. All items must be returned within 30 days from delivery and with original tags.

I want more information on a product – what do I do?
Ecco has a large range of FAQs including size guides so you can find answers to your questions quick and easily. Each product has a detailed product description and images so you can make sure your shoes are right for you. If you need additional help or more information, you can submit a form through Ecco’s ‘contact’ section on their website for a prompt response.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! You can exchange an article by returning it and then placing a new order in the desired size or colour. You can either create the order right away or await the refund of your returned order. However, Ecco recommends placing the new order as soon as possible, as they do not have the possibility to reserve goods in their system.
