  How do I exclude ingredients from my dog's tails.com recipe?

  At tails.com, you have the option to exclude certain ingredients from your dog’s unique recipe when creating their online profile. If you already have an account and need to update your dog’s profile, log in to your online dashboard and follow these steps: Choose 'Profile' from the menubar, in the excluded ingredients section, select the ingredients that you would like to exclude (and de-select any that you don’t) and choose ‘Continue’. You can also choose to make your dog’s unique recipe Hypoallergenic. Any changes you make may affect the price of your ongoing deliveries, but we’ll always tell you this before confirming the changes.

  What if my dog doesn’t like their tails.com recipe?

  It can take time for your dog to adjust to a new food, and we want to make it as easy as possible. Here are some tips to make those first few meals easier:

  Use a microwave - Pop the food in the microwave for a few seconds to release the aromas.
