Can I keep my mobile number when I join VOXI?
You’ll get a new number when you join VOXI. However, if you’d like to keep your own number, you can have it transferred across easily. Simply sign in to your VOXI account and go to the ‘Transfer Number’ section. You’ll then be asked to enter your PAC code and select a transfer date.

How can I change my VOXI plan?
Simply sign into your VOXI account and go to ‘My Plan.’ Here, you can change your plan and add extras and more. Your new chosen plan will become active once your existing 30 day plan ends.
- Payment
How do I pay for VOXI?
Your VOXI plan is an online subscription – simply create an account and register your payment card. Payment will be taken every 30 days and you can opt out at any time.
