- Payment
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. You can also download a form to apply for a credit account.
- Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on what you’ve ordered and the delivery option that you’ve selected. Standard orders will take 7-10 days to arrive, and express orders will take 3 days. 24 Hour Dispatch orders will be sent out 1 working day after the order was placed, and will be delivered the following day.
- Returns
Can I return my order?
You can usually return items that you’ve ordered from Workwear Express for a free replacement or refund. However it’s not possible to return underwear, swimwear and hosiery unless the original wrapping is unopened and all the hygiene strips and tags are still attached. In addition, Workwear Express don’t offer refunds on customised items unless they’re faulty.
If you’d like to make a return you can start the process by contacting customer services within 28 days of receipt. You will then be sent a free returns note so that you can return your order in the original packaging.
Your refund will be processed within 5 days of Workwear Express receiving your return.
