  Does Zara offer student discounts?

• Payment

  When will I be charged for my Zara order?

  Zara takes payment for its orders on despatch so if your order isn’t showing up on your bank transactions yet, it will do as soon as your order is on its way to you. If you have paid by PayPal or Gift Card, payment is taken straight away.

  Can I use a Zara gift card online?

  Yes! There are two Zara gift card options, and you can use them both online. A physical Zara gift card is available in varying amounts from £20-£300. They are valid for three years from purchase, so you have plenty of time to spend too. A Zara gift card can be used at any UK Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius or Zara home, both instore and online.
  Alternatively, you could purchase an e-gift card, which is also valid for three years. Redeem the e-gift card in any UK Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius or Zara home, online and instore. As well as at the Oysho and Uterque websites.

  Will I always get the cheapest Zara prices online?

  Zara’s pricing is very straightforward, everything's the same price whether it’s online or in-store. So you don’t have to feel cheated out of a bargain whichever way you decide to shop. It’s possible to make extra savings on your online shop with Zara voucher codes but you’ll need to weigh up convenience versus delivery charge versus that impulsive urge to buy stuff when you’re out and about.   What is Zara ID?

  Zara ID is a unique QR code which you can create for all orders by logging into the app. It makes for easier returns and links up your purchases so they’re in the same place. You can also get an e-receipt instore using your Zara ID.

  Can I pick up my order at a Zara store?

  Yes, you can pick up your online order at a Zara store for free. Simply make your purchase on the Zara website and select the store collection option. Your order will then arrive in store ready for you to receive within 2-3 working days.

• Returns

  How does a refund work if there’s a gift receipt?

  Not too keen on your gift? If the person who gave you the gift is happy for you to have the refund, you can show the gift receipt when returning your item to store in exchange for a credit voucher. You’ll also receive a credit voucher if you return your item by post using the gift receipt - this will come to you by email. If you’d rather the person who bought your item dealt with it, you’ll need to get the item to them so that they can return it either by post or to store for a refund to their original payment method.
