How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs £2 and is free on orders over £40. If you need your order quickly, order before 10pm Monday-Friday or 6pm on Saturday and Sunday to get next day delivery for £5.95. If you’d rather not pay for delivery, Click & Collect is free - you can pick up your order from your local branch of Accessorize or related stores like Monsoon.
- Returns
Can I get a refund?
As long as you return items in a new and unused condition, you’re entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt (14 days for outlet or sale items). If you’ve paid by PayPal or bought bridal dresses, homeware or web exclusives you’ll need to send them back by courier or post, but other items can be returned to your local store.

What is Accessorize Treats?
Accessorize Treats is a loyalty scheme where you collect points, earn vouchers and receive rewards like free gifts and free shipping. You’ll collect two points for every pound you spend, and you’ll receive a £5 for every 100 points you earn. It’s free to join and you can sign up online or in your local store in November 2021.
You might also be able to save money on your order if you're eligible for a student discount.Can I still collect Treats points on sale items?
Of course! The Treats Club works on a points per pounds spent basis - whether it’s a pound spent on sale, using an Accessorize voucher code or on a full price item, a pound is a pound. You’ll earn 2 points for every £1 spent in-store or online.
How long are Treats vouchers valid for?
Lucky you to have a voucher to spend! You'll receive qualifying Rewards Vouchers every month and if they are unused, they’ll roll over to the next month. However, you have 12 months from the date of original issue to spend each voucher.
