How many points do I have to earn to collect a Reward voucher when I’m part of the Monsoon Reward Club?
Great question! Some of these reward clubs are a bit confusing but Monsoon’s is super straight forward. You earn one 1 point for every £1 spent and when you hit 100 points, you’ll get a £10 Reward Voucher credited to your Monsoon Reward account online. Reward Vouchers will be uploaded every month and are valid for a period of 12 months.
How often does Monsoon have a sale?
There are lots of chances to save at Monsoon, with sales running for more than 75% of the year! If there isn't a sale on, you could still save on your new wardrobe staples with our Monsoon promo codes and deals.
Is there a Monsoon student discount?
Yes, but the amount will vary depending on the affiliate partner. On average, it ranges from 10-15%.

How do I get free delivery from Monsoon?
You have a couple of options for free delivery. Click and collect is free and takes 3 to 5 working days, although it is not available on Home by Monsoon orders. Standard delivery is free if your order is over £60 (normally £3.95) and takes 3 to 5 working days.
Do members get free next day delivery?
Yes but you gotta earn it! Monsoon Reward VIP members started off as regular Reward members who have collected 500 points or more in a year so they’ve earned their unlimited free next day delivery perk! Regular Reward members can expect to receive free delivery offers but you'll need to spend more than £25.
Can I apply more than one Monsoon voucher code?
No, it's one per order I'm afraid. You'll need to hunt out a Monsoon voucher code that works best for your shopping bag / order total and go from there! Ths will vary from customer to customer, so make sure you check them all out before applying.
- Returns
Can I get free returns at Monsoon?
Absolutely. As part of their sustainability commitment, there won’t be a returns label in your delivery any more, but you can generate a returns label on the Monsoon website and you’ll be able to choose which carrier to send your return back with. As ever, when you’re returning something, make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging with all the tags attached.
