- Delivery
What are Avon’s delivery prices and policies?
Avon offers free delivery on all orders placed online over £20. If your order is under this amount, a £3 posting and packaging fee will be added to your order. Avon aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and you should receive your items within 5 working days. You can upgrade to next-day delivery for £4.50 if you order before 5 pm. Currently, Avon does not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and BFPO.
- Returns
Can I return my items?
Avon will be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it within 90 days of delivery. Special terms apply to certain products (such as lingerie) but these are clearly indicated on the Avon website. You can return your items for free with Hermes home collection or by leaving your parcel at a Hermes drop-off point. Contact customer services to begin your return and make sure your items are in good condition and sealed correctly. All accessories including free gifts must be returned for a full refund.
