- Cancellations
I appreciate Skin+Me’s services but need to cancel. How do I do this?
Log in and head to the MyTreatment Plan section. Click manage my order and you will see ‘Cancel My Plan’, from there just choose your reason for cancellation and your plan will be cancelled.
- Delivery
I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
If it’s your first order, your Daily Doser should arrive within three working days of completing your consultation. Though due to covid, Royal Mail is experiencing delays and your order may take-up to 5 working days to arrive.
- Payment Methods
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online using Visa and Mastercard, including Google and Apple Pay. Reminder that as a subscription service, you never have to worry about running out of treatment. Sign up once and you’re good to go until you decide to cancel.
