Can I return my products from Farah?
Farah offers free U.K. returns on all products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 28 days from the day you receive the order to return it in exchange for a refund. All items, including sale items, can be returned, however, underwear cannot be returned unless in its original packaging due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, Farah does not offer exchanges on items.

Is Farah sustainable?
Farah is dedicated to reducing the impact of retail on the environment. From 2021, all Farah’s clothing products are made from 100% sustainable cotton which has a less harmful impact on the environment and is independently certified by the Organic Content Standard or the Global Organic Textile Standard. Farah has also reduced its use of plastic packaging and made all wrap recyclable. In 2021, Farah moved to recycled polyester garment labels as has goals in 2022 to take the green approach further.
