How can I get FitFlop free delivery?
You can get standard FitFlop free delivery on orders over £59. If your order doesn’t quite hit the £59 threshold, it’s £3.95. Or, if you’re in a hurry to get your new shoes (and who can blame you!), you can pay £5.95 for next-day delivery. If you’re after next-day delivery, you’ll need to order Monday-Friday before 4.30pm. Orders placed with standard delivery usually take 2-3 days to arrive.

Can I get free returns on FitFlop sale items?
Not at the moment, no. If you want to return unworn sale items to FitFlop, you will need to cover the postage costs yourself.
How long do I have to return my FitFlop order if I’m not happy with it?
FitFlop returns are normally accepted up to 28 days from your order date. Sometimes, FitFlop have extended returns, so be sure to check your order confirmation email or your delivery note for more information. Full-price items are free to return, but sale and clearance items aren’t free to return. Remember that the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors.
