What You Need to Know
- Authenticity
Is a certificate of authenticity for my jewellery included?
Gemondo is currently trying to include certificates of authenticity for all jewellery purchased on the site. If you have made a purchase and did not receive a certificate make sure to contact Gemondo’s customer support on their website and they will do their best to get you one.
- Bespoke Jewellery
I have a specific request for an item, can you make one?
Special orders are rarely a problem, depending on the request. Gemondo is more than happy to replace the gemstone in the piece or resize a ring for a better fit. Note: Special orders will require a quotation first, a process of up to two weeks. Once you approve of the design and price, Gemondo will then place the special order which can then take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Must be prepaid.
- Repairs
Do you repair jewellery?
Yes. Gemondo will only repair or replace jewellery that has been purchased from the site or is covered under their lifetime warranty. If your jewellery is faulty, under warranty they will offer a replacement of the same jewellery if they are in stock.
