Is my Gtech order eligible for next-day delivery?
Most orders are yes, and many of them are eligible for free next day delivery. These include orders that contain: Gtech Vacuum, Carpet Sweeper, Lawnmower, Grass Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer, Massage Bed, Patio Heater or Power Tool. Orders for spares and accessories are sent separately and are normally delivered within 5-10 working days of your order but you can upgrade to next day delivery if you wish for £5.99.
How much does delivery cost for my Gtech order?
It depends. Currently, delivery is FREE to all UK addresses for large orders (including Gtech Vacuum, Carpet Sweeper, Wet & Dry Vacuum, Hair Care, Lawnmower, Grass Trimmer, Massage Bed, Patio Heater, or Power Tool). However, Gtech spares and accessories (alone) will cost £3.99 in delivery costs.
- Warranty
How long is the warranty on Gtech goods?
This depends on what you’re buying. The Gtech AirRam and AirRam K9 has a two year warranty as standard but you must register the product within three months. All other products including Multi K9, Car Accessory Kit, eScent Mountain eBike, grass trimmer, cordless lawnmower, hedge trimmer etc have a one year warranty. The power sweeper warranty can be upgraded for an extended two year warranty that will cover you for accidental damage and wear and tear.
