Does Ikea do home delivery?
Yes Ikea does deliver to your home, but bear in mind that not all items are eligible for home delivery. It takes a little longer than average for Ikea deliveries to make it to your doorstep, it’s best to allow 14 days in total. Small deliveries start at £3.95 and larger deliveries (big furniture items) will cost £39 per order.
Can I click and collect?
Absolutely, you can order online and collect in any Ikea store across the UK for free. Simply select the ‘Collect from IKEA store’ option at checkout. Alternatively, you may be able to collect from an external DPD pick-up point or Collect near you collection point, depending on your order and location.

Are Ikea prices the same online as in-store?
Hurrah, yes they are! Occasionally, you’ll get local promotions in-store for damaged stock or stock that is less popular but on the whole, yes, you’re getting the same amazing low prices online too.
Where is my nearest Ikea store?
Great question! Ikea has stores all over the UK but they are mostly out of town, so they may not be super close to your home. The good news is, with restaurants, food markets, and bistros, they’ll be worth the trip. But you can find your nearest store via the online store locator. The stores are sorted into area and you can click on each store to get its address and opening hours.
What is Ikea Family and why should I join?
Ikea Family is the Ikea loyalty club. It’s free to join and is open to everyone. If you chose to join (and there’s no pressure to do so) you’ll get discounts on selected home furnishing products, food products and services, not to mention free tea or coffee from Monday to Friday. You’ll also get free Oops-assurance just in case something goes wrong while getting your items home or assembling them, which is nice peace of mind.

Can I cancel an online order before delivery?
You can manage your orders online and there may be an option to cancel if your order hasn't been processed yet. Otherwise, get in touch with customer service as soon as possible as they may still be able to cancel the order for you, depending on the current order status.
