What are Kipling’s delivery options?
Kipling offers free delivery on all products with no minimum spend. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days and any orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. You can also collect your items for free from a delivery point, 7 days a week. You can track shipment of your products by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link in the shipping confirmation email.
I don’t like my item – can I return it?
Yes, you can return your item for free with Kipling within 45 days of purchase. Visit the track your order page, enter your order number and email address and select create a return. Select the items you want to return, your preferred method and then print off your return label. Pack the order in your original box and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.

Do Kipling offer student or key worker discounts?
Kipling UK offers a 15% discount to students upon verification of their student status via Student Beans. Students can also get exclusive offers such as 50% off through email promotions. Unfortunately, Kipling does not offer any key worker or NHS discounts at the moment, however, Kipling has a great sale and discounted items on their website for budget-friendly options.
