  How much does delivery cost?

  It’s free to collect your order in store within 1-2 days. If you’d prefer to have your parcel delivered to your home, standard UK delivery costs £5 and your order will take 2-3 days to arrive.

  Next working day delivery is available for £7 when you order before 3pm Monday-Friday.

  If you live in London, you can benefit from same day delivery when you order by 1pm. This costs £15.

  Is next day delivery available at Reiss and how much does it cost?

  Yes! Reiss offer a next delivery option if you order before 7pm Monday to Friday. This costs £7, and any orders which are placed after 7pm on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. If you order before 3pm on a Friday with the Saturday delivery option costing £7, it will arrive the next day though. If you’re not in a rush, standard delivery is priced at £5, and orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.
   

• Returns

  Can I get a refund?

  Yes, you can send your order back to Reiss within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To start the returns process simply log in to your account and click on 'online returns'. Select the item that you’d like to return, then print out the returns slip and enclose it in your parcel.

  Attach the CollectPlus label with was included with your order, and drop it off at your nearest collection point. Alternatively, you can use the enclosed DHL label and book a courier collection from your home.

  If you’d like to exchange your item, you can do this at your nearest Reiss store.
