- Delivery
Are there any changes to order cut-off times as a result of COVID-19?
In order to keep up with demand, Waitrose has introduced a daily limit on the number of orders they can process. Once that limit is hit a message will scroll across the site informing you of this, you will be unable to finalize your order and will be asked to try again tomorrow.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately Garden by Waitrose does not offer delivery services to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands or addresses outside the UK. We can, however, deliver to the Isle of Wight for a £10 delivery surcharge. You can check your postcode on the Garden by Waitrose website for more information on delivery services near you.
Can I collect my order from my local Waitrose?
The Click and Collect service is not currently offered to Garden by Waitrose by any Waitrose and Partners stores. WaitroseGarden.com is an online partner which works in association with Crocus.co.uk and therefore carries stock unavailable at the local Waitrose.
