What are the delivery costs and estimated times of arrival?
EMP offers free standard U.K. delivery on all items over £59.99. If your order is below this amount, a £3.99 posting and packaging fee will be added at checkout. You can also sign up for EMP’s Backstage Club membership for £9.95 and receive free delivery for a full year. Your order should arrive between 3-5 working days.

I want to return an item – what do I do?
EMP offers free returns on all orders if you are unhappy with it or want to change the size. Inside your order, there will be a prepaid postage label for you to return your items. The refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the items are received back at the EMP warehouse.
