What choice do I have with delivery?
If your order is over £70 you’ll be entitled to free delivery. For orders under that amount you’ll pay £3.50 for Standard Delivery, which should take between 3 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you need your new lighting sooner, you can pay £5.99 for Express Delivery, no matter how much you spend on the order. That will take just 1 to 2 days.
- Guarantee
Is a guarantee included?
All light fittings carry a 2-year guarantee, and selected items also come with a manufacturer’s guarantee of between 2 and 20 years. You also have a 90-day Change Your Mind guarantee on most items, to make sure that you’re happy. As long as everything is in order and packaged safely, your return will be processed within 14 days.
